| Debbie Wyke is Manager of Clarence House. She has strong person centred philosophy and ensures her team strikes a balance between providing support when it’s needed and helping residents to maintain their independence. She promotes a full and active lifestyle wherever possible and ensures a warm, friendly atmosphere where each resident can live with dignity and privacy in a safe, caring environment. | ![]() |
| Martha Renders is Deputy Manager and insists on high standards of care for everyone in the home. Martha too, feels that all residents should be treated as individuals and cared for with respect and dignity within an environment that provides stimulus and encourages independence. | ![]() |

| Dee Coombs (from left), Monika Zaborowska, Karen Forrest and Jane Frankis are the team of senior carers that provide 24 hour care for our residents. All are passionate delivering a high quality of care and helping older people to live as fulfilling a life as possible. All have deep experience of care and have worked at Clarence House for over 15 years between them. Additionally there is a team of 11 care assistants (pictures not shown). | |
| Amanda Flay is one of our two Chefs. Both focus on providing good, wholesome traditional food. They use locally sourced produce wherever possible to ensure freshness and taste. They combine their passion for food with meeting the differing needs of our residents and creating an enjoyable food experience. | ![]() |
![]() | Nick Meyer (left) and David Henson are the directors and owners of Clarence House. After many high profile roles and between them 60 years in service oriented roles they started in the care sector in 2007, acquiring Clarence House in 2010.
